Cornell Pictures

Looking back, moving from Rangely, CO to Cornell University was a transition that occurred a lot more smoothly than I would have thought possible. I did, admittedly, live a sheltered life in Rangely. Being a band nerd in High School, and I had virtually no exposure to drinking or hardcore partying. I did, as all college students do, quickly gain experience in these facets. In an effort to explore these new social avenues, I joined Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity and enjoyed many a social gathering and many an intramural sporting event with my fellow brethren. Of course, Cornell wasn't all fun and games. Cornell is acknowledged as the "easiest Ivy League to get into, but the hardest to get out of." In academics, I worked diligently and it paid off in giving presentations a professional meeting, and writing a senior thesis, and graduating with honors. I hold Cornell dear to my heart - go Big Red Hockey!
